Quickstart for users

This is your first bridge & swap in the TeleSwap app — moving BTC to another chain (EVM, TON, or Solana) and receiving the token you want.

What you'll need

A Bitcoin wallet with some BTC (plus a little extra for the Bitcoin network fee).
A destination wallet for the chain you're bridging to (e.g. an EVM wallet like MetaMask, a TON wallet, or a Solana wallet).

You pay all fees in BTC — a Teleporter covers the destination-chain gas for you, so you don't need that chain's native token to start.

Open app.teleswap.xyz and connect your Bitcoin wallet (the source of the funds). Enter the destination address on the chain you're bridging to — where the tokens should land.
Set the Send amount in BTC and pick the Receive chain and token you want (e.g. USDC on Optimism). The app shows the estimated receive amount and the fee breakdown.
Choose standard or fast swap. A fast swap delivers your tokens in ~10 minutes (one Bitcoin confirmation, for a small optional fee) instead of the ~20 minutes (two confirmations) a standard swap waits.
Sign the Bitcoin transaction right in your connected Bitcoin wallet — the app builds it for you, so there's no address to copy or QR code to scan.
Wait for the swap to settle, then watch the token arrive at your destination. You can track progress right in the app.

Set the Send amount to your token/chain and the Receive asset to BTC, then enter your Bitcoin receiving address.
Approve the token (first time only) and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
An assigned Locker sends native BTC to your address. Track it until it lands.

TeleBTC is the decentralized wrapped Bitcoin the protocol mints under the hood — in a swap it's just the intermediate asset; you receive the token you asked for.
If a swap can't meet your minimum output (e.g. the price moved), you're refunded, not left stuck.
